Second Entry: The First Chapters - setting, characters and reflections

It is still not too late to post your first entry with reflections on why you chose the novel you did, but hurry.

This week (week 47) your post should deal with the first chapters of the book.

The Secret Life of Bees: Chapter 1 - 3
Down and Out in Paris and London: Chapter 1 - 8
Little Brother: Chapter 1 - 4
Lord of the Flies: Chapter 1 - 2

Focus on setting and characters. Try to come up with some questions, keywords and thoughts on the first chapters in the Etherpad as well (link to the right). I will post a few ideas just to get you going. You might want to implement some of your own or the other student's Etherpad-thoughts in you blog entry as well. Creativity will be rewarded!
